Welcome to AgniShield Technologies Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to AgniShield Technologies Pvt Ltd, located at Bengaluru, India. "Client/User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or utilizing our services. "Services" means, but is not limited to, any cybersecurity product, consultancy, training, and solution provided by the company.

2. Scope of Services

AgniShield Technologies shall provide cybersecurity solution and service, which includes, without limitation, Cloud Security Consulting Penetration Testing Security Audit Cybersecurity Training Data Privacy Solutions Custom Security Innovations Specialized terms for specific services shall be incorporated into separate service agreements made between ourselves and the client.

3. Terms of Acceptance

Accepting our services, the Client accepts the Terms & Conditions. Other terms would be applicable to some services and appear separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client shall: Furnish all information accurately and truthfully so that the services would be delivered appropriately. Make use of the services strictly under the agreed conditions. Observe laws and directives that are applicable, such as any of the DPDP Act, 2023; GDPR, or HIPAA, amongst others.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees that all confidential information furnished by one to the other and its source, proprietary data, or sensitive information, shall not be disclosed without the other's prior consent except if compelled so by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, tools, and methodologies developed or supplied by the Company are owned by AgniShield Technologies.
Deliverables given to clients are available for use, non-transferable, and non-exclusive purposes for the agreed-upon ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of services. The liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

8. Data Protection and Compliance

AgniShield Technologies strictly follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, GDPR, HIPAA, and any other applicable laws relating to personal data protection. The information, collected during the engagements, would be handled responsibly and only for certain purposes.

9. Payment Terms

Payments are on the service agreement schedule. Late payment penalties will strictly apply according to the invoice.

10. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement based on circumstances arising from the service contract with a written notice for rescission. Upon rescission, all obligations related to services provided still apply.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be decided by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes in Terms and Conditions

The Company can alter these Terms and Conditions. Customers will be informed of major changes; any further services used shall be deemed as acceptance.
